Short-Term Missions

Each year Fort Worth Presbyterian Church (FWPC) sends out one or more teams of short-term missionaries from our congregation on one-to-two week mission trips. In recent years, we worked with street children in India; Acapulco; and Guanajuato, Mexico. We also helped build schools and churches in Belize and Juarez and Reynosa, Mexico. FWPC mission teams hosted vacation Bible schools and English and craft camps in Juarez and Reynosa, Mexico; Tucson, Arizona; and Fort Worth, Texas.

During these trips, we seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus as we work with and support ongoing missions ministry around the globe. FWPC encourages every member of our congregation to help take the gospel to the nations by joining one of the short-term teams to go on a trip, participating in the mission trip fundraisers, and praying for our short-term missionaries and the work they do.
